Discharging Fireworks
Discharge Times
June 1 - July 9 from the hours of 9AM until 10PM. December 10 -January 3 from the hours of 9AM until 10PM. Hours will be extended to 11PM on July 4 and December 31. See document for full details and exceptions.
Age Limit
No person under the age of 18 shall discharge a DOT 1.4 class consumer firework with parental supervision. See document for full details and exceptions.
Where to Discharge
Consumer fireworks shall only be discharged on real property they own or where consent has been given. Novelties (snakes, sparklers or caps can be discharged one a public place so long as all trash, wrappers etc are properly disposed of. See document for full details and exceptions.
